My team's journey with Austin little angels

Summer is knocking on our door! What will you guys do in summer: working, visiting somewhere or just sitting at home and do notthing for the whole summer? My summer is different. This summer, I and my team are going to camping, not only us but also with all the little kids in our community. It's a free camping because we use the money from our Cookies Fundraiser to hold a summer camp with the name "Smile Rainbow Camp" for the kids. We are going build the tents together, cook, play round with in the circle with some fun games while singing, there will a night fire camping with telling stories and eating marshmallows...At the last day of the camp, we will play the game "Finding Treasure" with all the skills that we and the kids would learned from the first day of the camp. I'm really excited for this, because this's the first time I hold a camp for the kids, unlike before when the older cheerleaders in my hometown held the camps for us all summers. I hope it will be a really fun camp and our team can continue this like a traditional events for every summer.

My Dream Team's Logo

Last time, I talked to you guys about my dream team. This time, I'll show all of you my team's logo.  

This image above is my team's logo. Logo is a very improtant part not only for a sport team but every other organizations also need a logo for their own. Logo is the soul for a whole team, represent for the team's goals their hometowns as well as knowing what sport the team play. Look at my logo, you can see the pom pom, stars and my team's slogen :"Never give up!". Like I said before, my dream team is a cheerleading team. That's why I use the pom pom as the major part in my logo, everyone can know the sport that I choose for my dream team. The second part are the shining stars surround the pom pom represent for victory. As you can see, "Never give up!" is my team's slogan. Cheerleading's mission is helping players get back their energy in order to win the games and therefore, they won't give up for the other teams, right? And thus, my team won't never give up in any competition, too. The logo's color have their own meanings, too. Red and yellow for victory, blue for hope and the back help my team's slogan stands out. My Dream Team

Everyone has their own dream team-even it's in your imagination: be a leader and manage everything of that team- it still sounds cool when you hear this: I have my own team. I have a dream team for my own, too. It's a cheerleading team with a really girly name is "Smile Rainbow". I have thought a lot of team's name and finally, I chose this because, with me, cheerleading is an important job and it can't lack if there's a game. A cheerleader has very important and beautiful works are helping the players in the games earn back their energy after playing and more cheerful than before.  It's like just smiling and you can do everything, like a pretty rainbow after a heavy rain. My team's city is Austin, Texas-I chose this place because it's the place I have the funniest memories when I came to America. Cheerleading is a team game; you can't do all the cheering stuff just by your own. Every member in a team need to respect and support their teammates in order to succeed in a team's work. If there's one person doesn't want to help the team out or doesn't focus on the game, they won't finish their work perfectly. there's another for me to choose this sport for my team is  I really like the way all the memmbers in the team dancing to cheer in the music together, it's just so lovely (in my own opinion).

Me, Myself and Time

Hi everyone,
My name is Sammy. I'm from Vietnam - a small country in Southeast Asia. I've just been here for 9 months and still trying to improve my English.I'm living with my dad, my mom, my sister and my brother right now. Even though my family isn't rich and don't have a lot of money but there's always laughter in my home. I'm going to Connally High School now and I'm in 10 grade. (Nobody believe this because they think I'm too small to be a sophomore). My favorite subject is English and Art. I can write very well when I'm inspired and use the most concentration I can. I like art because drawing is my favorite hobby , I draw all the time, even there's just 5 minutes until the bell rings in my class, and that why, I want to be a fashion designer when I'm older. Demi Lovato is my favorite singer, therefore, I use her song's title for this post's title: "Me, Myself and Time". I like Taylor Swift too because she has a sweet voice and really cool style every time she performs. I have a lot of favorite movies, but Korean movies is still the kind of movie I want to see the most if I have free time at home. "Friend is the one for you to trust and help you fell confident" is one of my favorite mottoes. Every time I read it, I think about how important a friendship is and right now, when I'm writing this post, I miss my friend in Vietnam so much. UT is the college I want to attend when I graduate high school because everyone says it has the best education in state and is a good place for me to study all my 4 years in college. if someone ask me: "What is your most precious thing?", I even don't have to think and will answer right away:"My Family". Not my laptop, not my cellphone, not my fancy dress,... none of them is my precious thing. My Family - where I can share my happiness - where I can run to every time I need a shoulder to lean on when I cry - where I am raised by a lot of valuable lessons - where all of my feeling is expressed the most truthful way - and is the one that nothing can replace its position in my heart.
